Having established an asking price, we will come to your location to have your aircraft photographed by a professional aviation photographer, review aircraft logbooks and become as familiar with your aircraft as you are yourself.
In addition to advertising in international print and digital media, we place your aircraft on multiple listing services, reach out to dealers, brokers, manufacturers, aircraft owners and operators. Every prospective buyer in the world will know about your aircraft. Once a qualified, potential buyer is identified, we personally show the aircraft at your location and keep you well-informed throughout the process.
Evaluation and Offers
Once we receive an offer from a qualified prospect, we will provide input, prepare the offer response, prepare, review and finalize the purchase agreement, consult with aviation legal counsel, as needed, and coordinate with the title company regarding the deposit and escrow services
We coordinate directly with the maintenance facility to make arrangements for the pre-purchase inspection. In addition, we personally accompany your aircraft to the maintenance facility to ensure a smooth check-in process and pre-purchase survey. We constantly monitor the inspection to stay ahead of any issues, review the survey report, make recommendations accordingly, consult with our aircraft specific maintenance technicians, as needed, handle the resolution of inspection issues with the buyer and coordinate the aircraft acceptance documentation.
Closing and Delivery
We work closely with the title company on a closing checklist and prepare all necessary documentation, as well as, provide the required FAA title documents, coordinate the closing process with all parties, provide advice on any closing issues, consult with our aviation tax advisors or aviation legal counsel, as required, and coordinate aircraft delivery and acceptance documentation. In addition, we will personally be with your aircraft during the closing process, allowing us to be on location in the event of any last-minute closing complications.
We make arrangements for the pre-purchase inspection, monitor the inspection process, review the inspection report and make recommendations, handle the resolution of inspection issues with the buyer, and coordinate aircraft acceptance documentation.
